Car rentals 2012

Nothing better than to discover Crete all by yourself in the total freedom offered by a rental car! Don’t be wrong about the distances, Crete is a large island, where you can go for beautiful trips by car. Besides, our accommodations are at quiet locations, so you’re not very close to public transport.

We cooperate with a large and well-established local car rental company. They provide good quality cars and offer excellent service, also when there are problems. We will make a reservation for you, you will sign the contract with the company at the airport. Types of car, prices and conditions are mentioned below. Prices are for the period from 01-04-2012 untill 31-10-2012.

The car will be delivered at the airport Heraklion and when you fly back you can leave it there. If you prefer this we can also deliver the car at the harbour of Heraklion or at your accommodation.
taxi-transfer
It is also possible to use a taxi-transfer when you arrive. In that case the rental car will be delivered at your accommodation. Taxi-transfer tariffs will be given on request (max. 4 persons per taxi).

one day car rental is 24 hours
( if you have an early arrival and a late departure we will have to charge you one extra day)
driver needs to have a license for at least one year
rental car type A-C : minimum age driver 21 years
rental car type D-M : minimum age driver 25 years
you need to observe the Greek traffic law and rules, so fines are at your own expense and you are not insured when driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
