Highly recommended carefully decorated villa for one or two families
general
This extraordinary villa in Achlia has two separate floors of 90 sq. m., each with its own entrance. Suitable for a large family or two smaller families or groups of friends who would like to go on holiday together, but still like their privacy. The ground floor is perfect if you want to come with 1-4 persons. In that case the upper floor will definitely not be let to other people.
Parties from 5 up to 8 people can rent the entire villa. Children under the age of two are not included in the maximum number of a party.
location
This is a brand new villa. It has the same owner as villa Fegarada and Pelagos and is of the same quality. Its location, next to the sea with beautiful views, is comparable to Pelagos . It is situated more or less next to this villa, but is completely private. Because of its slightly higher position you will have a magnificent view of the Lybian sea.
description ground floor
This floor measures 90 sq. m., all rooms have air conditioning. There is a large living room with a dining table which will seat 6 and a comfortable sofa and an extra relaxchair/ day-bed with a great view at the garden, sea and pool, a satellite TV, hifi equipment, DVD. The room has large glass doors with view of the sea and the swimming pool. The luxurious Italian kitchen is fully equipped, including a dish washer. The bathroom has a sink, shower/bath, toilet and washing machine. There are two bedrooms, the smaller one has two single beds, the larger bedroom has a double bed and another bathroom with a shower and an extra toilet. There is a very nice and peaceful terrace in the garden with a large orangetree, a perfect place to relax and read a book!
Between the villa and the sea there is a beautiful swimming pool (8×4 m. depth: 1.00 – 1.60m) with a mosaic floor and marble borders. There are several terraces on both sides of the swimming pool, sun loungers, an outside shower, an outside dining table and a large BBQ. There are olive trees, cacti, herbs and flowers surrounding the villa.

This floor also measures 90 sq. m. and also has air conditioning in all rooms. Its lay out is nearly identical to the ground floor. So it also has a large livingroom, a very luxurious kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms. The only difference is that the upper floor has a bath with Jacuzzi. It does have three balconies with panoramic views of the mountains, the sea and Achlia bay, you will even be able to see Chrissi Island! It is always possible to find either a sunny or a shady spot on one of the balconies.
