This extraordinary villa in Achlia has two separate floors of 90 sq. m., each with its own entrance. Suitable for a large family or two smaller families or groups of friends who would like to go on holiday together, but still like their privacy. The ground floor (Pelagos) is perfect if you want to come with 1-4 persons. In that case the upper floor (Astrofegia) will definitely not be let to other people.
Parties from 5 up to 8 people can rent the entire villa. Children under the age of two are not included in the maximum number of a party.

This villa has the same owner as villa Fegarada and Kohili and is of the same quality. Its location, next to the sea with beautiful views, is comparable to Kohili . It is situated more or less next to this villa, but is completely private. Because of its slightly higher position you will have a magnificent view of the Lybian sea.

This floor measures 90 sq. m., all rooms have air conditioning. There is a large living room with a dining table and a comfortable sofa and an extra chair with a great view at the garden, sea and pool, a satellite TV, hifi equipment, DVD. The room has large glass doors with view of the sea and the swimming pool. The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped, including a dish washer. The bathroom has a sink, shower/bath, toilet and washing machine. There are two bedrooms, the smaller one has two single beds, the larger bedroom has a double bed and a big Jacuzzi inside this bedroom with a marvellous view at the sea. Total privacy, nobody will see you. Next to this bedroom there is an extra toilet.
There is a very nice and peaceful terrace close to the pool, a perfect place to relax and read a book! Between the villa and the sea there is a beautiful swimming pool (8×4 m. depth: 1.00 – 1.60m) with a mosaic floor and marble borders. There are several terraces on both sides of the swimming pool, an outside shower, sun loungers, an outside dining table and a large BBQ. There are olive trees, fruit trees cacti, herbs and flowers surrounding the villa.

This floor also measures 90 sq. m. and also has air conditioning in all rooms. Its lay out is nearly identical to the ground floor. So it also has a large livingroom, a luxurious kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms. The only difference is that there is no Jacuzzi on this floor. It does have four balconies with panoramic views of the mountains, the sea and Achlia bay, you will even be able to see Chrissi Island! It is always possible to find either a sunny or a shady spot on one of the balconies.
